Message from the President

Dear Valued Members:

As we reflect on 2025, I would like to thank our members, employees, and Board of Directors for their continued trust and support of Connect Credit Union. Since our founding in 1962, our mission has remained clear: to serve our members with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to strengthening our communities. Each year we work to build upon that mission, and 2025 was a year of meaningful progress.

Over the past year, we focused heavily on improving communication, security, and convenience for our members. We introduced text communication during the loan and new account application process, allowing members to receive updates and interact with our team more easily and efficiently. This improvement helps ensure that members remain informed every step of the way while making important financial decisions.

Security also remained a top priority. We enhanced protections for members using shared branch locations, implementing additional safeguards designed to provide greater confidence and peace of mind when accessing services outside of our immediate branch network.

Financial education and community partnerships were another important focus in 2025. We are offering the National Home Rewards Home Partners Plus Program that provides a highly experienced service consultant to guide you through your next real estate transaction. We were also proud to host a home buying seminar in partnership with Keyes Realty and 1st United Home Loans. Events like this allow us to provide valuable knowledge and resources to members

who are preparing for one of life’s most important financial milestones. Behind the scenes, we also made significant operational improvements that will benefit members for years to come. We implemented an improved check program, completed a full migration of our email system, and launched a completely new phone system designed to provide more reliable and efficient communication with our team.

Beyond enhancing our services, Connect Credit Union took an active role in shaping the future of the credit union movement. Our leadership met with lawmakers in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., championing legislation that strengthens credit unions, safeguards consumers, and ensures we continue delivering exceptional value to our members.

These accomplishments reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, security, and member service. As we move forward, we will continue looking for new ways to enhance the member experience while staying true to the values that have guided Connect Credit Union for more than six decades.
